We do cook with real stuff. No non-fat, low-fat, diet or decaf. Spices are a must. Our burgers have fried onions on 'em, lots of 'em Our beans have pork in 'em and our BBQ/whole hogs have a BBQ sauce we make that will leave you wantin’ more.

Vegetarians are welcomed although be warned we have reformed a few who came wanderin’ into camp by accident. Hunger is a wonderful thing. We have done a vegetarian chuckwagon catering with clean pots, pans and beans.
